My Story

I’m the son of a military chaplain and grew up all over the world, but it was in high school that I began passionately following Jesus. That journey led me to Moody Bible Institute, where I met my amazing wife Susie—and now, years later, we’re raising five beautiful kids in the great city of Chicago (and still hoping for more!).

For the past 20 years, I’ve served Jesus here, mentoring and coaching young adults to overcome challenges and grow into their God-given purpose. As the former director of the Chicago School of Leadership, and one of the pastors of Chicago Tabernacle. I’ve helped students break free from addictions, grow in spiritual maturity, and develop bold, biblical leadership.

I believe transformation happens when you encounter God and receive a revelation of HIM. That’s why everything I do—from writing and speaking to coaching and retreats—is focused on biblical truth, real-life application and moments in the presence of God.
